The following is from the owner...

1980 jeep golden hawk this unit would be a good candidate for restoration. If you haven't heard of a golden hawk- your not alone. I would strongly recomend going to golden hawk jeep.com before you bid. The only frame rust is on the back ubove the spring hanger. Runs and drives good, front end seems to be tight. 4 wd is good, hubs & transfer case. Body rough as you can see. The engine starts right up seems to have plenty of power, however there is some blow by from somewhere, and the auto choke sticks.  Tires are almost new.All the gauges work except the speedometer. It does have a tack, tilt steering. The previous owner installed a 2" lift suspension & for some reason did re-hook the front stabilizer. Brake's are in good working order even the parking brake! Transmission shifts excellent
